   Michael Eddy, the founder of REOsince1991, entered the real estate business after graduating from the University of Delaware. Just as science is comprised of specialties, Michael recognized real estate was in need of specialists. REOsince1991, with a focus on residential foreclosures, was established to fill a void in the marketplace. Navigating the marketing and closing of properties involving sellers for whom timing is important and perhaps are unable to make any home repairs demands the agent formulate & internalize a "big picture" understanding of the situation.
