   Michael Eddy, the founder of REOsince1991, entered the real estate business after graduating from the University of Delaware. Just as science is comprised of specialists, Michael recognized real estate was in need of specialists. REOsince1991, with a focus on hardship & foreclosure properties, was established to fill a void in the marketplace. Navigating the marketing and closing of properties involving sellers for whom timing is important and perhaps are unable to make any home repairs demands the agent formulate & internalize a "big picture" understanding of the situation. In addition, having an agent who possesses a fundamental understanding of home construction who is therefore capable of IDing the unique defects present in a home is critical. Knowing in advance which aspects of a property a future buyer or their lender will object to is essential for a smooth sales transaction. Having been personally involved in rehabs, Michael possesses the insight and expertise to assess & price homes.
