    Agents, when making an offer to purchase a foreclosure I will need proof of funds information. Instructions for submitting an offer may be obtained by following the "Forms" link on this page. Agents, read the Agent Remarks section on the MLS as well. Some bank addendums are legal in length. If so, do not shrink to letter size paper if you are one of those who still uses a printer. Those agents who do not have their phone and co info as a signature on your emails need to add it. For bookkeeping purposes responses will be sent via e-mail from me. Please allow 48 hours for the bank to reply. Should the offer be acceptable to the Seller I will contact you with instructions for the final copy.
